Hellenic Bank, Cyprus's second-largest bank, was an early open-API mover with a set of PSD2-compliant APIs (authentication, single and mass payments, account reporting) on its own developer portal, with a self-service sandbox. The API set is bank-specific rather than a shared European standard.
