Rabobank exposes an open banking API built on the Berlin Group NextGenPSD2 standard, covering account information (AIS), payment initiation (PIS) and confirmation of funds (CBPII). Beyond the regulated PSD2 baseline it also offers 3 premium API categories: bulk payments, instant payments and direct debits & mandates.
Access uses OAuth 2.0 with redirect SCA, over a REST interface. A sandbox is available, though access is not self-service.
